Heat Cured Rubber (HCR)

Our HCR portfolio includes both peroxide and platinum (addition/heat) curable silicone elastomers. Typical processes include extrusion, calendaring and molding (injection, compression, transfer). Momentive provides base materials and ready-to-use compounds.  Our HCR materials can allow fabricators to routinely formulate compounds to meet stringent specifications and requirements for demanding applications.
