In formulations employing this prepolymer, exceptional properties of the cured product including tear, UV, heat and water resistance can be realized. Tensile strength at break, elongation at break, modulus at 100% extension and hardness are among the mechanical properties that can be optimized in roof coatings utilizing SPUR+ Y-15990.
