EFFICIENT, STRONG STABILIZER FOR TDI FOAM

A highly efficient silicone stabilizer, Niax silicone L-3556 additive is an excellent candidate to consider for creating flexible TDI molded foam in applications such as automotive interiors, where low emission properties are desired. Niax silicone L-3556 additive can help stabilize low-stability TDI/MDI or modified TDI formulations in combination with a cell-regulating surfactant.

More About Niax™ Silicone L-3556 Additive

Niax silicone L-3556 additive may offer significantly lower emissions, as measured with VDA method 278 - the test method used to calculate the organic emissions from nonmetal components used in the interior of today's automobiles. This test measures volatile, nonvolatile, semivolatile and heavy compounds.

Niax silicone L-3556 additive also offers wide processing latitude, enabling flexibility in formulation while still meeting stringent standards in the final product. It is an excellent candidate to consider for maintaining foam openness and resisting shear collapse.
