Niax silicone L-3170 is an excellent surfactant to consider for the production of TDI high-resilience flexible molded polyurethane foams. A high-potency silicone surfactant, it is generally effective at very low levels. When added to polyurethane foam formulations, Niax silicone L-3170 typically increases processing latitude and results in molded automotive seating with superior physical characteristics and smoother skin.
