Niax Silicone L-3639 offers a range of benefits high resilience MDI molded foam, including wide processing latitude, fine cell structure, and foam openness while retaining foam performance characteristics. Niax Silicone L-3185 can provide exceptional flow, processing latitude, foam stabilization efficiency, and shear collapse resistance to TDI technology. Similarly, Niax Silicone L-3556S can deliver robust foam stabilization to TDI based foams, along with the ability to be used in activator packages providing homogeneous blends. Niax Catalyst EF-150 is a new low VOC, low odor, high performance catalyst for high-resiliency molded foams. Generally compatible with both MDI and TDI technology, this catalyst offers improved flow characteristics and open foams resulting in increased final firmness.
