A high thixotropic with controlled viscosity, InvisiSil AM4911 OLED encapsulant is a high-purity silicone for OLED potting. Used to prevent overflow during screen printing and dispensing, it offers low-volatility outgas and mild thermal cure (typically 100˚ C for one hour).

 

Optically clear, InvisiSil AM4911 OLED silicone encapsulant is is primarily used with backlit devices and to provide protection against physical impact and harsh environments. It is also used  to help control overheating, which can reduce brightness over time. InvisiSil AM4911 OLED encapsulant can help sustain high-quality performance.
