It offers significantly improved wet compression set properties, a rectangular block shape, and excellent dimensional stability. The use of GeoCell additive GM-HRS allows the elimination of DEOA in HR foam formulations providing wider processing latitude across a wide range of foam density.

The GeoCell additive GM-HRS based HR foam technology allows the production of foam with increased hardness, higher elasticity, and improved compression set properties.

GeoCell additive GM-HRS is an excellent candidate to consider for the manufacturing of high-quality bedding and furniture foam, including Mattress-in-Box applications due to significantly improved wet compression set performances.

This technology provides good physical properties while having an additional positive impact on resultant foam hardness. In order to achieve the same hardness as the original grade, this advantage can be highlighted either by reducing the toluene diisocyanate (TDI) index and/or by reducing co-polymer polyol level.
