SM 2112 NPF Emulsion
SM 2112 NPF emulsion is a one-part reactive Nonylphenol Free (NPF) Emulsion of a silanol-terminated dimethyl fluid. It is a thermally curable silicone emulsion, which provides durable lubricity, water repellency, and easy release for number of substrates. SM 2112 NPF emulsion can provide a softening effect for textile and other materials. SM 2112 NPF emulsion is water dispersible.

Final coating has high-temperature stability and low volatility of silicone fluid. SM 2112 NPF emulsion is normally prediluted at a concentration of 0.2 to 2.5% silicone. It could be incorporated in formulations with broad range of other chemistries.
