HIGH SPEED FLAT RELEASE WITH FAST CURE

Momentive has introduced a new thermal solventless release coating for Glassine papers and filmic liners. SilForce SL7562S base polymer provides a high speed flat release profile and fast cure at a low level of catalyst, which can enable higher productivity and efficiency for label manufacturing, converting and dispensing. This polymer is an excellent candidate to consider for use in high speed label dispensing machines that require a flat release profile in order to ensure a smooth process at high line speed.

SilForce SL7562S base polymer possesses easy processability, which can allow excellent coating quality at high speed without misting. SilForce SL7562S base polymer is typically applied with a 5-roll coater commonly used in the industry for thermal solventless silicone.
