Silwet* HS-312 Spreader

Increased Spread Across a Wide pH Range

Silwet HS-312 spreader is a hydrolytically stable silicone, to be considered for use as a potentially cost-effective adjuvant for in-can pesticides. With exceptional spreading, as much as four to 10 times more than many traditional surfactants, it may be used at much lower rates when compared to many conventional surfactants. Along with enhanced performance and stability, this spreader is compatible with many other agrochemical formulations within the 3 to 12 pH range. Silwet HS-312 spreader may be added directly to formulations in this pH range, typically providing superior spreading in spray applications.

Because Silwet HS-312 spreader has very low surface tension, it can allow better wetting and spreading properties that enhance the overall efficacy of many pesticide treatments. In addition, this proprietary silicone adjuvant is stable over a broad pH range and thus is able to be considered for inclusion in pesticide in-can formulations.
