Silshine™ 151 fluid is a gloss additive and film former that delivers high shine to lips and hair due to a high refractive index of 1.51. It is non-volatile and presents good compatibility with organic and silicone-based materials. The silicone resin structure gives excellent film forming properties. The phenyl functionality provides compatibility with organic emollients without sacrificing compatibility with silicones.
