ALBANY, N.Y., January 19, 2010 — Momentive Performance Materials will be exhibiting a range of new

advanced materials for use in microelectronics applications at Material Japan 2010, taking place at Tokyo

Big Sight on January 20, 2010. At Booth East 26-24, experts from Momentive will feature a number of its

latest technologies for the semiconductor, LED and flat panel display (FPD) industries, including the

LA950S series high hardness and modulus adhesive, a variety of thermal interface materials, LED

encapsulants and potting materials for FPDs.

LED encapsulants and the IVSM4400 series sophisticated silicone lens, which typically provide superior

adhesion and fabrication as compared to traditional silicones. Also being shown are the LA950S and

LA650S series high heat resistant high modulus stiffener attach and lid attach, which offer outstanding

stress resistance. In addition, Momentive will feature its TIA series high thermally conductive adhesive

and TIG series high thermally conductive grease.
