SilForce SL7061 release coating combines a branched silicone polymer structure with an inhibitor that is efficiently evaporated from the coating following application. The branched structure of the polymer typically provides a cured high-modulus release coating with premium release from most pressure-sensitive adhesives over a broad peel-speed range. It may also be suitable for use with very aggressive pressure-sensitive adhesives, including mastics and asphaltics.

The inhibitor formulated in SilForce SL7061 release coating is readily released from coatings immediately after application, allowing rapid cure at temperatures as low as 210° F. SilForce SL7061 release coating is an excellent choice to consider for thermally sensitive film liners including polyolefins such as PE, PP, and BOPP, thin-gauge PET, and PE Kraft paper. SilForce SL7061 release coatings are also excellent candidates to consider for high-speed labeling operations due to their flat release profile.

Fast cure of SilForce SL7061 release coating is enhanced by use of SilForce SL4410 and SL4380 crosslinkers. Anchorage of cured SL7061 coatings to PET and other film sheets is assisted by use of AnchorSil* 2000 and AnchorSil 3000 additives.

• Polyolefin label substrates like LDPE, MDPE, OPP, BOPP and PE Kraft paper
• Liners for high-speed labeling processes
