SAG 5693 is a 100% active antifoam concentrate. It can help provide superior foam control during aerobic fermentations, including bacterial and fungal (yeast) fermentations, and maximize fermentor capacity through excellent performance and durability. It typically has no or low impact on oxygen transfer and, therefore, little to no effect on product yields. SAG 5693 antifoam concentrate typically maintains stability during sterilization, with minimal loss in foam control, which supports cost-effective operations.
