Momentive's SILCOOL TIA350R adhesive a one-component, heat curable silicone that offers fast cure and high thermal conductivity characteristics.  This adhesive typically cures quickly upon exposure to heat, and adheres well to a wide variety of substrates, and is an excellent candidate to consider for use with heat-management applications, such as die attach and heat-sink bonding.

SILCOOLTIA350R adhesive is a one-part thermal conductivity adhesive that offers excellent thermal conductivity, typically in the range of 3.5 W/mK. This fast-cure adhesive is able to maintain outstanding electrical insulative properties, even under humid conditions. As a one-step formulation, SILCOOLTIA350R adhesive can potentially increase productivity. It is typically non-corrosive, with excellent adhesion capabilities to a range of substrates. It is used successfully in a variety of applications that require the removal of heat from heat-generating components, including applications in automotive alternators. The following features make it a useful component for a variety of applications:
  • Good thermal conductivity
  • Low temperature, fast-cure adhesive
  • Easy-to-use one component formulation

  • Primerless adhesion to many substrates
