INVISISIL™ Snap Cure Silicones for Optical Bonding

INVISISIL Snap Cure silicones are two-part, fast-curing materials that can cure within 10 to 30 minutes at room temperature. These non-yellowing formulations offer shadow curability and can be reworked for up to two days, providing excellent flexibility during assembly.

Designed for rapid curing without heat, these silicones help mitigate CTE mismatch. With typical shrinkage of less than 0.5% during cure, they reduce the risk of warpage and mura defects—making them well-suited for use in thin film transistor (TFT) LCD panels. Their outstanding leveling ability and long-term reliability under harsh conditions support a wide range of advanced design needs.
