Momentive’s INVISISIL IVS9520 transparent silicone rubber is a two-part, heat curable silicone rubber that can enhance the durability and reliability of devices by providing long-term resistance to yellowing and delamination of the encapsulant from the substrate. With requirements for lens formation of COB (chip on board) LED and SMD (surface-mounted-device) LED packages in mind, this silicone rubber encapsulant features a low viscosity and a thixotropic property that enables consistent dispensing and controlled flow to form dome shapes. INVISISIL IVS9520 transparent silicone rubber can also provide excellent UV and temperature stability - even under the harsh environmental conditions.

INVISISIL IVS9520 highly transparent glob top enables consistent dispensing performance and flow-ability to form good dome shapes for COB (chip on board) LED and SMD LED Package.
