Paint formulators are looking for paints that can keep wall surfaces looking cleaner and newer for longer. CoatOSil CLEAN Silicone is a functional silicone emulsion that helps formulators to deliver the most advanced easy to clean paints. The unique molecular and functionality design of CoatOSil CLEAN allows it to deliver superior benefits without sacrificing some of the performance attributes that are often negatively impacted by conventional silicone emulsions, such as recoatability and gloss change. It is a 40% active emulsion of an organo-modified silicone. When used as an additive to waterborne coatings, it can offer increased hydrophobicity and oleophobicity, as well as a reduction in coefficient of friction.
