GeoCell catalyst D-25 is a stannous based catalyst typically used in polyurethane foam, free of 2-EHA.


It can offer good technical performance as a strong gelling catalyst, and it can be an excellent candidate to replace Stannous Octoate, helping to provide consistent quality in PU Slabstock foams.

GeoCell catalyst D-25 is a strong gelling catalyst and an excellent candidate to replace stannous octoate.  It meets the need of the customer for a 2-EHA free stannous catalyst to comply with the regulatory trend. REACH and Certi-PUR have recommended the elimination of 2-EHA from polyurethane foams due to the reproductive toxicity of the chemical.


GeoCell catalyst D-25 is an excellent candidate in terms of catalytic performance and it is offered with strong technical service, local supply and excellent quality.  Our advantage is the consistency of the product as well as the strong technical support offered for formulating. The product is typically medium viscosity making it easy to meter.


GeoCell catalyst D-25 meets the industry needs for:
