When producing flexible slabstock foam, Niax Silicone L-595 foam stabilizer surfactant is a typically great solution with good foam breathability and superior density distribution. The excellent stabilizing effect of Niax Silicone L-595 can assist foam manufacturers in producing foam block with minimum sink back and improved yield rates when compared to traditional silicones. There have even been observations of higher foam block heights in full-scale product line trials.

Niax Silicone L-595 is a high-performance foam stabilizer surfactant that is an excellent candidate for producing a wide variety of conventional slabstock foam. It typically demonstrates broad process latitude in all grades of conventional flexible foam, including foams with low density that use a high loading of auxiliary blowing agents. It may also provide good stability for slabstock foam using a liquid CO 2 process.
Niax Silicone L-595 is a medium-high-potency silicone that can help promote well-balanced processing. It typically improves the physical properties of the foam, giving optimal cell stabilization in flexible PU foam blocks with minimum sink back.
