Momentive Performance Materials Expands Distribution Agreement with Azelis Americas

Waterford, NY — November 19th, 2018 - Momentive Performance Materials Inc. (“Momentive”) announces today that it has expanded its distribution agreement with Azelis Canada (“Azelis”), a leading Canadian distributor of specialty chemicals and innovative ingredients, and a subsidiary of Azelis Americas. Effective immediately, Azelis Canada will distribute Momentive’s extensive portfolio of specialty silicone products, throughout Canada, for Momentive’s Silanes, Specialty Fluids and Basics businesses. Azelis will provide customers with technical support, formulation assistance, order fulfillment and logistics support.
“This expanded agreement is a natural extension of an already successful relationship with Azelis,” said Dan O’Keefe, Director of Distribution for North America, Momentive. “Azelis has extensive experience in specialty products, specifically in the coatings, adhesives and sealants market segments, plus a dedicated team and a portfolio of complementary products. This agreement further strengthens our relationship and expands Momentive’s global reach.”
