Momentive Performance Materials Inc. Announces
Third Quarter 2010 Earnings Call

ALBANY, N.Y., October 29, 2010 – Momentive Performance Materials Inc. (“Momentive Performance Materials” or the “Company”) announced today that it plans to host a conference call to discuss its Third Quarter 2010 consolidated results on Wednesday, November 3, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The Company will issue a press release announcing its financial results for the Third Quarter 2010 prior to the opening of the market on Wednesday, November 3, 2010.
