Low-Emission, Blowing Amine Catalyst, Polyurethane Foam

Niax™ catalyst EF-150 is a reactive, delayed action and low-emission blowing tertiary amine catalyst used in the manufacture of polyurethane high resilience (HR) molded foam requiring limited foam odor and amine emissions. EF-150 catalyst offers a longer cream time for improved flow in the mold, as well as more open foam with lower Force to Crush (FTC), and is broadly compatible with TDI, MDI and TM isocyanates-based foam formulations.
