Niax catalyst A-577 is an excellent candidate to consider for low-density SRIM systems and in the production of microcellular integral-skin applications. The agent helps enable good foam flowability with very fast end cure and demold time following the gel point in a typical foam reactivity profile.

Niax catalyst A-577 is a powerful liquid tertiary amine catalyst belonging to a new class of catalysts that can significantly enhance the performance and production of a wide variety of flexible foams. The delayed-reaction feature of this catalyst may be beneficial for producing complex foam parts.
