Momentive Performance Materials Inc. Announces Second Quarter 2012 Conference Call

ALBANY, N.Y., (August 2 2012) – Momentive Performance Materials Inc. (“Momentive Performance Materials” or the “Company”) today announced it will host a teleconference to discuss Second Quarter 2012 results on Tuesday, August 7, 2012, at 10 a.m. Eastern Time. The Company will issue a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2012 prior to the opening of the market on August 7, 2012.
