Niax* Silicone L-3629

Low Emissions, Excellent Cell Structure

Specially formulated for producing flexible molded foam in automotive applications, Niax silicone L-3629 may result in lower emissions compared to industry standards. More About Niax* Silicone L-3629

Niax silicone L-3629 can offer a broad range of benefits for the production of flexible molded polyurethane foams. With its wide processing latitude, it can help produce high-resilience foams with open and fine cell structure, decreased surface voids, reduced vent collapse and overall good physical characteristics.

This silicone surfactant also generally boasts very low siloxane emissions, which is highly useful in high-resilience foam for automotive applications and makes it an excellent candidate for use in high-stability, low-density MDI formulations.
