With improved load building and flowability (which can be utilized in MDI molded foam applications) Niax catalyst A-440 generally offers a lower viscosity and can create harder foam with a lower force-to-crush rating. And the longer cream time means manufacturers typically have a wider window for processing molds. Niax catalyst A-440 generally can create a more open foam, is easier to handle and generates less scrap.
