InvisiSil IVS7620 thermal conductive adhesive is a one-part, heat curable silicone that has demonstrated enhanced light reflectance and stable die adhesion properties – even under harsh environmental conditions. Stable properties, such as high thermal conductivity, low thermal resistance and high reflectance are just a few of this product’s performance features. In addition, silicone’s excellent properties enable InvisiSil IVS7620 thermal conductive adhesive to bond dies or chips to difficult substrates including metal, ceramic and glass. InvisiSil IVS7620 thermal conductive adhesive is an excellent candidate for die attachment and bonding to LED packages, semiconductors and optoelectronic devices.
