WATERFORD, N.Y. (February 15, 2017) - MPM Holdings Inc. (“Momentive” or the “Company”) (OTCQX: MPMQ) today announced that IUE-CWA-represented members voted this week to ratify a new national contract. Three local unions were involved in the contract negotiations: Local 81359 and Local 81380 in Waterford, and Local 84707 in Willoughby. Contract negotiations began on June 6, 2016, and continued until a tentative agreement was reached and ultimately ratified by the union membership on February 14, 2017. Once union members complete necessary training, they will return to their normal shift schedules beginning as early as Friday, February 17th.
