Tradesil A silicone is a one part acetoxy silicone sealant, which cures with atmospheric moisture to form a rubber like seal for specialised glazing applications, joint sealing and assembly. Tradesil A silicone is unaffected by high or low temperatures and its physical properties are designed to give excellent durability and performance. Weathering and UV-resistance are excellent, important in glazing applications where most organic sealants fail.
Tradesil A silicone is suitable for sanitary applications. Tradesil A silicone is a 100% silicone sealant and has excellent adhesion to nonporous substrates like glass, ceramics, some metals and coated surfaces.

Material Adhesion

Tradesil A silicone has good adhesion to glass, glazed surfaces, some plastics, metals and coated surfaces. Some surfaces require the use of a primer.
