Product Description

Silplus AS silicone is a one part acetoxy silicone sealant, which cures with atmospheric moisture to form a rubber like seal for specialised glazing applications, joint sealing and assembly. Silplus AS silicone is unaffected by high or low temperatures and its physical properties are designed to give excellent durability and performance. Weathering and UV-resistance are good, important in glazing applications where most organic sealants fail.

Material Adhesion

Silplus AS silicone has a good adhesion to non-porous substrates like glass, ceramics, some metals and coated surfaces. Some surfaces require the use of a primer.
