Momentive Announces Job Fairs
Momentive announced today the dates, times and locations of four job fairs it's holding to meet with potential employees. The Company plans to hire approximately 55 hourly, entry-level employees this fall to work at its Waterford facility.
The job fairs will be held on:
· Tuesday, October 13 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Hyatt Place, located at 20 State Farm Place in Malta
· Thursday, October 15 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, located at 235 Hoosick Street in Troy
· Friday, October 16 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Waterford-Halfmoon School, located at 125 Middletown Road in Waterford
· Saturday, October 17 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Hampton Inn & Suites ▪ 25 Chapel Street in Downtown Albany
The entry-level positions have a starting wage of $14 to $15 per hour. The site’s current wage structure ranges from $14 to $36 per hour.
“We are looking for individuals who can thrive in a technical work environment, operate complex equipment safely and produce quality products for our customers,” said Pat O’Donnell, Chief Operating Officer—Americas.
