Jonathan Rich, PhD

Director, President and CEO

Jon Rich was elected a Director of the Company and Holdings, and appointed President and CEO on June 8, 2007. Prior to this role, beginning in 2002, Mr. Rich was President, North American Tire - Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, and Chairman of the Board, Goodyear Dunlop Tires NA. At Goodyear he had previously served as, Director, Chemical R & D and as President of Goodyear Chemical. Mr. Rich began his career at GE in 1982 as a research chemist with Corporate R & D and progressed through a series of management positions and then on to become Manager of Operational Excellence at GE Silicones from 1996 to 1998. He was then promoted to Technical Director, GE Bayer Silicones in Germany from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Rich has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Iowa State University, and a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin. He has been published in numerous journals and publications, and has served as a Director for a variety of professional associations.

Edu Araujo

Global EHS Director

Edu Araujo was appointed Global EHS leader in January 2008. He joined Momentive from Celanese International. During his 15-year career there he held a variety of EHS roles from the Safety, Emergency Response & Security Superintendent to Global Safety and Health Leader, his most recent position. Prior to Celanese, he was President, C.S.E. Inc. a consultancy company that designed, implemented, and managed safety programs for petrochemical, construction, and manufacturing companies. Mr. Araujo has a Master of Science degree in Occupational Safety from East Carolina University, a Bachelor of Science degree with an OHS concentration from Charter Oak State College, and many academic and professional certifications in EHS, Quality, and Safety.

Tony Colatrella

Chief Financial Officer

Tony Colatrella was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in January 2009. Prior to this role, beginning in 2007, Mr. Colatrella provided operational, financial and M&A consulting services, both domestically and abroad, to public and private equity clients. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Colatrella served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Paxar Corporation. From 1997 to 2005, Mr. Colatrella held a number of financial and operating positions at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company including Senior Vice President – Finance, North America and Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. He has also held various financial and business development roles at United Technologies Corporation and Verizon Corporation. Mr. Colatrella holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA from Xavier University.

John Dandolph

President & CEO, Silicones - Asia Pacific

Mr. Dandolph was appointed President and CEO of the Silicones Asia Pacific business in January 2010. Mr. Dandolph joined the Company from GE through the acquisition of GE Advanced Materials on December 4, 2006. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the Silicones Asia Pacific business from 2007 to 2010, Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for the Pacific from 2006-2007 and Finance Manager for Japan and Korea in 2006. Prior to the acquisition, he served as Finance Manager for Japan and Korea at GE Advanced Materials since 2004. Mr. Dandolph has also held several roles with GE Plastics in North America and Mexico. Mr. Dandolph joined GE in 2001. Mr. Dandolph holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Boston University.

Steven Delarge

President & CEO, Silicones - Americas

Steve Delarge was appointed as President and CEO of the Silicones Americas business in January 2009. Mr. Delarge joined the Company from GE through the acquisition of GE Advanced Materials on December 4, 2006. Prior to his current role, Mr. Delarge served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and, prior to the acquisition, Chief Financial Officer of GE Advanced Materials. Some of his previous responsibilities with GE include serving as Finance Director-Greater China of GE Plastics, and serving as Finance Director for GE Plastics North America Commercial Operations. Mr. Delarge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics/Finance and Government from St. Lawrence University.

Anthony Greene

Global Business Development Leader

Mr. Greene was appointed Global Business Development Leader of the Company in January 2010. Prior to his current role, Mr. Greene served as Global Financial Planning and Analysis Leader having joined the Company from GE through the acquisition of GE Advanced Materials on December 4, 2006. Prior to the acquisition, he served as Global Financial Planning and Analysis Leader for GE Advanced Materials since 2005. Mr. Greene joined GE in 1981 and has held numerous financial management roles in a wide variety of GE businesses in the U.S., Asia and Europe. Mr. Greene holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Purdue University.

Douglas A. Johns, Esq.

General Counsel & Secretary

Doug Johns was elected Director of the Company and appointed as General Counsel & Secretary upon the acquisition of GE Advanced Materials on December 4, 2006. Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Johns served for two years as General Counsel for GE Advanced Materials and as Senior Business Counsel at GE Plastics European headquarters in Bergen Op Zoom, The Netherlands from 2001 to 2004. His experience also includes work at the U.S. Department of Justice and in private practice, as well as fifteen years with General Electric Company. Mr. Johns holds a law degree from Northeastern University School of Law, an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in history (with honors) from Oberlin College.

Raymond Kolberg, PhD

President & CEO, Quartz

Ray Kolberg was appointed President and CEO of Momentive's Quartz business upon the acquisition of GE Advanced Materials on December 4, 2006. Prior to the acquisition, since 2004, Dr. Kolberg had served as Vice President, Marketing and Product Management for GE Quartz. He joined GE Plastics in 1986 as an Application Design Engineer. In 2002, he was appointed General Manager, GE Advanced Materials Global Sourcing. Dr. Kolberg earned a doctorate degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Michigan.

Joerg Krueger

Global Operations Leader

Joerg Krueger was appointed Global Operations Leader in May 2007. Mr. Krueger joined the Company from GE Bayer Silicones through the acquisition of GE Advanced Materials on December 4, 2006. Prior to his current role, Mr. Krueger serviced as Chief Operating Officer of the Silicones - EMEA and India. Prior to the acquisition, since 2002, Mr. Krueger had been Managing Director and COO of GE Bayer Silicones. Prior to that role he served in a variety of engineering, procurement and construction, and manufacturing roles at Bayer Corporation in the US, and Bayer AG in Germany. He began his career at Bayer AG as a Project Engineer. Mr. Krueger earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dortmund, Germany.

Michael Modak

Chief Commercial Officer

Michael Modak was appointed Chief Commercial Officer in July 2008. Mr. Modak joined Momentive from Honeywell's Specialty Materials business where he served as VP - Strategic Marketing & Business Development since 2006. Before joining Honeywell, Mr. Modak was a corporate officer at National Starch & Chemical, an ICI company. He joined National in 2002 as Senior Divisional VP for Health and Personal Care and later became VP - Strategic Development and Innovation. From 1979 to 2002, Mr. Modak progressed through a number of roles at HB Fuller Company. His early career included roles in sales, marketing and strategic planning. He later alternated between general management roles in various businesses and staff roles in the corporate development and mergers & acquisitions arena. He last served as a corporate officer and led the Industrial Products Group. Mr. Modak has a Bachelor degree in Biology and Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College.

Dr. Ian Moore

President & CEO, Silicones - Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India

Ian Moore was appointed President and CEO, Silicones - EMEA and India in December 2006. Mr. Moore joined the Company from GE through the acquisition of GE Advanced Materials on December 4, 2006. Prior to his current position, Mr. Moore served as Momentive’s General Manager for Silanes, Resins and Specialties. Ian possesses more than 20 years of experience in the silicones industries, serving in a variety of management and functional roles. He joined GE in 2003 through the acquisition of OSi Specialties from Crompton Corporation. At Crompton, since 1999, he had served as Vice President, Silanes. Prior to that, Mr. Moore held positions as Global Operations Manager for Crompton's Silanes business and as Director of Engineering for Witco Corporation's Silicones business. In these roles he was responsible for the implementation and startup of the Direct TMS process in the Termoli, Italy manufacturing plant. The process won the prestigious Kirkpatrick Award. Mr. Moore began his career with Union Carbide Corporation in the Sistersville, West Virginia Silicones Technology Group in 1983. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science and Doctorate degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester in the U.K.

Dru Rai

Chief Information Officer

Mr. Rai was appointed Chief Information Officer of the Company in June 2008. Prior to his current role, Mr. Rai served as Director, Global IT Applications, having joined the Company from GE through the acquisition of GE Advanced Materials on December 4, 2006. Prior to the acquisition, he served as Director, Global IT Applications for GE Advanced Materials from 2005 to 2006 and Chief Information Officer for GE Fire Security from 2003 to 2005. Mr. Rai was Process Information Officer for Global Supply chain at Delphi Automotive from 1997 to 2003. Mr. Rai started his carrier with Ernst & Young in management consulting. Mr. Rai holds a MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Production Engineering from University of Connecticut.

Edward Stratton

Global Human Resources Leader

Ed Stratton was appointed Global Human Resources Leader upon the acquisition of GE Advanced Materials on December 4, 2006. Prior to the acquisition, since 2002, Mr. Stratton had served as Human Resources Manager at GE Advanced Materials. He joined GE in 1981 on the Human Resources Leadership Program and held subsequent human resources roles at GE Motors, GE Aircraft Engines and GE Aerospace in the U.S. and in Mexico. He joined GE Electrical Distribution and Control in 1992 as a Human Resources Manager. In 2000, Mr. Stratton moved to GE Power Systems as human resources manager for the Aero Energy business. Mr. Stratton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Eric Thaler, PhD

General Manager, Technology

Eric Thaler was appointed Global Technology Leader in February 2007. Mr. Thaler joined the Company from GE through the acquisition of GE Advanced Materials on December 4, 2006. Prior to his current role, Mr. Thaler served as Global Technology Leader for Momentive's Quartz business and, prior to the acquisition, Global Technology Leader for GE Advanced Materials’ Quartz business since 2003. Mr. Thaler joined GE as a Staff Chemist in 1989 at the GE Global Research Center and was appointed Sealants & Adhesives Technology Manager at GE Plastics in 1994. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Thaler was with Accumetric Inc., where he played an integral part in the start up of a new specialty siloxane based sealants and adhesives business. He returned to GE (Appliances) in 1998 and in 2001, he rejoined GE's Global Research Center as the manager for Appliances Advanced Development and Innovation programs. Mr. Thaler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, and also holds a Doctorate degree in Inorganic Chemistry from Indiana University.

Shawn Williams

President & CEO, Global Sealants

Shawn Williams was appointed as President and CEO of the Global Sealants business in January 2009. Mr. Williams joined the Company from GE through the acquisition of GE Advanced Materials on December 4, 2006. Prior to his current role, Mr. Williams served as President and CEO of Momentive’s Silicones Americas business. Mr. Williams began his career with GE in 1986 in the Technical Sales Program for GE Supply. He joined GE Silicones as Director of GE Sealants and Adhesives (GESA) Consumer Sales in June 2003, and was named General Manager of GE Sealants & Adhesives in September 2003. Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
